Mexican Soup

1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chicken stock
1 can fat free refried beans
1 jar salsa
1 can chicken (i used a can from TJ's)

Mix together in pot and heat until simmering. Salt & pepper to taste.
(This is a recipe I got from a Weight Watchers meeting. I tried it last night...it's super quick to make and it's good! I had it with a little fat free cheddar cheese sprinkled on top, and a couple fried slices of polenta cubed and mixed in. The WHOLE meal fits in the core plan, and it's very filling. It made enough for leftovers for lunch a couple days this week, and two containers went in the freezer as well.)
